Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total anticipated outing fee is required to hold your outing date. The minimum deposit amount is $250. This deposit is not an additional charge, but is applied toward your total bill. Your requested date is tentative, and will only be confirmed upon receiving your signed contract and deposit by the Club which is due 12 days after the contract is received.
Guaranteed Guest Count
On the day of the outing, the actual number of guests may not vary by more than 10% of the total anticipated number of guests stated in your contract.
Payment
Full payment is due on the day of the event. Any extra expenses incurred during the outing (i.e. open tabs, additional golfers) are also due on the day of the outing. Company checks, cash, Visa and MasterCard are acceptable methods of payment.
List of Outing Participants’ Pairings, Names and Handicaps
A list of all participants’ names, their pairings and handicaps must be provided to the Head Golf Professional no later than 72 hours prior to your outing.
Inclement Weather
The decision to move any outdoor function to an inside location, due to inclement weather, will be determined by the Club’s management. In the even the Club’s management closes the course due to inclement weather, the food and beverage portion of the event will be held. The only determination as to whether the golf portion of the event is canceled will be the result of the golf course being closed or as result of lightning.
Golf Carts
Golf carts are mandatory for all outings. No more than two riders are permitted per golf cart. Children under the age of 16 may not drive the golf cart. The cost of golf carts is included in the outing fee.
Course Care
Players are expected to obey cart rules, repair ball marks, rake bunkers, and fill divots. All players must have a set of clubs.
Food & Beverage
A wide variety of menus for breakfast, lunch and dinner are available. Menu suggestions are provided in this package. All food and beverage selections will be coordinated through the Club’s Food & Beverage Manager. The Club reserves the right to provide all food, non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverage service within its licensed areas. The Club does not permit the importing of food or alcoholic beverages into the public areas. Function rooms, parking lot or golf course without prior permission. Management reserves the right to refuse alcoholic beverage service to any guest when it is felt that it is in the best interest of the Club or the guest.
Property Damages
In the event that any part of the golf course, golf cart, golf shop, locker rooms, restaurant, bar area, or any other property becomes damaged by an individual associated with your outing, the event coordinator will be held responsible for any such damage and/or replacement cost.
Pace of Play
A pace of 2 hours and 15 minutes or less per 9 holes is required. The Club reserves the right to ask golfers that cannot keep pace to allow other groups to play through or advance to the next hole. After repeated warning, violators will be asked to leave the course.
Dress Code Policy
The Club requires all players to wear appropriate golf attire. Shirts with collars must be worn at all times. Shorts may be worn, but must be mid-thigh length or longer. Denim jeans are not permitted. Spikeless shoes are also a requirement. We can change golf shoes to non metal spikes in the golf shop for a small fee. Please arrive 45 minutes prior to your event for this service.
